The Sensory Roller Table is a freestanding, inclusive playground component designed to provide both sensory-rich and physically engaging play for children ages 2–12. Ideal for schools, parks, and community playgrounds, this unique play element supports accessible movement-based play while encouraging confidence, strength, and sensory exploration.
Children move through the Roller Table by sliding across precision-milled rollers using the curved overhead bars, traveling on their stomach or back much like a horizontal slide experience. This motion helps develop upper body strength, coordination, and core engagement while delivering valuable tactile and vestibular sensory input. Pinch-free rollers ensure smooth, comfortable gliding throughout the activity. Transfer platforms located at both ends allow children of varying abilities, including those using mobility devices, to access and participate independently.
