Custom Playground Equipment

Most of our commercial playground equipment is custom-built to order. This means your project will be carefully crafted to your specifications in coordination with one of our experienced Design Consultants.

  • Timeline:
    The estimated shipping and delivery timeline for custom orders will be clearly and expressly communicated to you by your dedicated Design Consultant.

  • Process:
    Once your design is finalized and your order is placed, your Design Consultant will provide an expected production and shipping timeline, along with regular updates as needed throughout the process.

Please note that custom equipment may require additional time due to design, manufacturing, and coordination for installation. We are committed to transparency and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Quick Ship Equipment

Need your playground fast? Take advantage of our Quick Ship program!

  • Fast Delivery:
    Eligible Quick Ship playgrounds can be shipped in as little as 5 business days from the time your order is placed.

  • Fast Installation:
    Installation may be completed in as little as 10 business days after your order date, depending on availability and project scope.

  • Availability:
    Quick Ship options are limited to specific equipment and configurations. Contact us to learn more about current availability.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order, delivery location, and whether installation is included.

  • Most playground structures require freight shipping and will be delivered via common carrier.

  • All shipping details will be included in your final quote or invoice.

Delivery Expectations

  • Our team will coordinate with you to schedule delivery and ensure you are prepared to receive your equipment.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access for large freight vehicles and to inspect the delivery upon arrival for any damages.
