Colorful Indoor Playground at First Baptist Church of Amarillo

We had the pleasure of working with First Baptist Church of Amarillo to create a completely custom indoor play structure. We were tasked with creating a single indoor playground for children of all ages. This was able to be accomplished by designing a space called the Toddler Zone that uses a seating wall for parents and Sunday school teachers, which acts as a dividing barrier to keep these younger patrons corralled within the space. The Toddler Zone contains many play activities specific for this age group. After that, we then began defining a play space for older children which has more challenging activities such as vertical and horizontal crawl tunnels, obstacle courses, and large tube slides. Of course no indoor play structure is complete without plenty of shoe storage. One of our favorite aspects of this build is the vibrant color scheme that was chosen.
